IQNA – A Kuwaiti charity society is planning Quran memorization circles in the Balkan countries.

Kuwait’s Society of the Revival of Islamic Heritage said the initiative is aimed at promoting the teaching of the Quran and raising a generation of Muslims familiar with the teachings of the Quran, Al-Jareeda reported. 

It has called for donations to help develop the society’s charity affairs and Quranic plans.

The Society of the Revival of Islamic Heritage (RIHS) is a Kuwait-based NGO with branches in a number of countries. 

It is among the main Kuwaiti societies active in Quranic fields.

 Charity Society to Organize Quranic Programs in Balkans

Founding and running Quran memorization centers, Quranic institutes, foundations and colleges, running mosques, and implementing Islamic projects and programs aimed at serving the Book of God are among the society’s activities in different countries.

It has also printed and distributed more than one million copies of the Holy Quran with translation in different languages as well as books in the fields of Tafsir (interpretation) and Quranic sciences.
